Warranty terms
- Our paint and body work is guaranteed as long as you own the vehicle. This service warranty does not apply to work performed on vehicles used for racing, off road or any unusual purpose, nor does this warranty cover damage caused by abuse or accident. Normal paint deterioration due to exposure is not covered. Rock chips are not covered.
- Bertolucci’s Body and Fender Shop provides a Limited Lifetime Written Warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation; and a Twelve (12) Month Written Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. The shop will, at its sole option, re-prime, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby. Bertolucci’s does not warranty the blending of clear coats. Over-reduction or solvent blending of the clear coat will become visible over time due to UV exposure on the blended edge. The edge may also fade or peel over time due to the minimal film thickness of the blended edge. Paint warranty is only valid when paint is applied over factory finishes that are free of defect.
- This warranty does not cover any work requested by the customer which in our opinion is unsafe or sub-standard. Such non-recommended work will bear such a disclaimer on the service order.
- Used parts or parts provided by the customer are not covered in this warranty.
- Parts installed are not warranted beyond that given by respective manufacturers. No other warranties are made except as listed on this invoice.
- To the extent allowed by law, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, commercial loss or consequential damages are not covered.
- Warranty is provided to the original consumer purchaser only.
- This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
