Repair times vary from vehicle to vehicle, but every repair follows the same careful steps.
- EstimateWalk in, schedule an estimate, or send us photos first. We write a detailed estimate and send it to your insurance company.
- Parts & approvalWhere possible, parts are ordered before your vehicle arrives, so work can start as soon as it’s dropped off.
- Pre-repair scan & teardownWe scan the vehicle’s systems and take it apart to find hidden damage. Any added damage is handled as a supplement: your insurer and you approve it before work continues.
- Structural & body repairWe measure and straighten the frame if needed, then repair or replace panels following factory repair procedures.
- Paint & refinishWe match your factory color and refinish in our paint booth.
- Reassembly & calibrationWe reassemble the vehicle, calibrate ADAS sensors and cameras, and run a post-repair scan. Calibration results are documented.
- Quality check & road testWe check the repair part by part before pickup and road test the vehicle when needed.
- Detail & deliveryYour car is cleaned and detailed in-house at no charge before it’s returned to you.
Trained, certified technicians
Our technicians are trained to the I-CAR Gold Class standard, the collision industry’s recognized level of up-to-date repair training. Bertolucci’s is also OEM certified by eight manufacturers.
Safety scans & ADAS calibration
We scan every vehicle before and after the repair, and calibrate driver-assistance sensors and cameras to factory specifications with documented results. More about safety scans.
Rentals & towing help
We’ll help you arrange a rental through Enterprise or Hertz, and help with a tow if your car can’t be driven. Rentals and towing.
Insurance
We work with all insurance companies and handle supplements directly with your insurer. How we help with claims.
Warranty
Our paint and body work is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. Read the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
