What you’ll do
- Prep, prime, seal and refinish collision repairs
- Mix, tint and match colors
- Blend panels for an invisible repair
- Color sand and buff to a factory-quality finish
- Keep the paint booth and mixing room clean and organized
- Work with our body techs and team to keep repairs on schedule
What we’re looking for
- Experience as an auto painter in a collision shop
- Strong color matching and blending skills
- PPG experience a plus
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- A team player who can also work on their own
What we offer
- $70,000–$120,000/year (hourly plus commission), DOE
