What is “direct repair”?

Several insurance companies have selected specific shops that meet their rigorous requirements, and give them special capabilities regarding the handling of your claim and repairing your vehicle. Bertolucci's Body and Fender Shop is one of few shops in the Sacramento area that has been approved by insurance companies for this “direct repair” process.

Direct repair has proven to be extremely beneficial for all parties involved. It speeds up the entire repair procedure, minimizes the “down” time waiting for authorization for additional damages to your vehicle, and streamlines the entire process for the insurance company.
