Accessibility statement

Bertolucci’s Body and Fender Shop is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Bertolucci’s Body and Fender Shop’s website (https://bertoluccis.com/) is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Our commitment to accessibility

We are always working to improve the accessibility of Bertolucci’s Body and Fender Shop’s website. It is an ongoing process of feedback and action to make the website as easy to use as possible. We acknowledge there are some limitations with the current website, some alt tags on images may be missing and seamless tab access is not fully realized. We also work to make the text size and colors easily legible as outlined by WCAG Level AA.

Supported browsers

We work to support as many modern browsers as possible but for the best experience on Bertolucci’s Body and Fender Shop’s website, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Edge.

Feedback

If you are having difficulty viewing or navigating the content on this website, or notice any content, feature, or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible to people with disabilities, please call us at 916-454-4433, or send us email with “Disabled Access” in the subject line and provide a description of the specific feature you feel is not fully accessible, or a suggestion for improvement.

We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our customers and our overall accessibility policies. Additionally, while we do not control our vendors, we strongly encourage vendors of third-party digital content to provide content that is accessible and user friendly.
